The Wisconsin League for Nursing (WLN) is offering an exciting opportunity for sponsorship and exhibitors for the upcoming Spring Nursing Conference held on Saturday, April 12, 2025. We are heading to the western part of Wisconsin visiting Eau Claire, Wisconsin!  

The WLN Conference Theme for 2025 is "Nurse Strong" Supporting and Empowering Professional Nurses." We anticipate a diverse group of attendees: nurses in academia, healthcare practice, and graduate students in advance nursing practice programs. 

Through direct and indirect support of nurses and nurse educators in a wide variety of settings, the WLN programs address the nursing workforce needs.  The conference in person offers ample time for networking and promotion of excellence in resources for all attendees.  There will be plenty of time planned during the day to visit sponsor and exhibitor tables. 

Objectives

Develop a sponsorship agreement between the WLN and education institutional, service provider, supportive educational or resource organizations that mutually benefit the goals of the organizations.

Additionally, partnerships with academic and agencies other than academic education programs fulfill our standard for developing alliances to advance quality nursing education and professional development. Through direct and indirect support of nurses and nurse educators in a wide variety of settings, the WLN programs in turn address the nursing workforce needs.

New for Spring 2025:  Community Sponsorships.  Say "Thank You" to nurses that work tirelessly to provide for the healthcare needs of individuals in the Eau Claire, Western Wisconsin, and Eastern Minnesota areas by selecting a community sponsorship.

The Event

The conference in person offers a networking and promotion of excellence in resources for nurses.  The enthusiasm for live conferences is palpable among our members and colleagues.

Deliverables

We have members from across the country because of success with our reputation for offering high quality hybrid events.  We are offering livestream of conference sessions.  Livestream participants will have electronic access to conference materials and booklets, which include recognition for sponsors and exhibitors.

Levels of sponsorship for the 2025 Spring Conference are available.

Sponsorship rates and benefits offered by the WLN are as follows:

• Three sponsorship categories for Community Sponsors:  Breakfast and break sponsor, Lunch sponsor, Speakers sponsor.
• Three levels of sponsorship: Gold, Silver, and Bronze include vendor tables at the conference.
• Partner level for exhibitors at the event.

• All sponsorship levels include enhanced visibility within the WLN website, the conference materials including the agenda booklet and recognition during the conference, and within our newsletter The Communique.
  • Gold level sponsorship ($3,000)
  • Silver level sponsorship ($2,000)
  • Bronze level sponsorship ($1,000)

Community Sponsors:  Say "thank you" to nurses in the Eau Claire, Western Wisconsin, and Eastern Minnesota areas by choosing one of the Community sponsorships.  Signage at the event indicating level of sponsorship plus advertising in our Spring Conference booklet and on the WLN webstie.

Diamond Level Community Sponsor:  $2500 each

Speakers sponsor: three at $1500 each

Lunch sponsor: one at $1500

Breakfast and break sponsor: one at $750

Community Supporter: $550 each

WLN Partner – Exhibitor Vendor Promotion Level ($550)

• One day conference pass for exhibitor vendor with one meal ticket
• One table, skirted, 2 chairs,  pipe and drape
• Recognition as WLN Partner in conference booklet and on WLN website including link to your website
